Custom wooden crates are an easy way to display projects with a rustic feel. These crates can vary in size, shape, and design due to being developed and manufactured by Heritage Sign and Display in the USA. Creating these crates in house insures for a strong stable crate, making them able to hold the weight of the products being displayed. For the most custom look, crates are constructed from plywood and can traditionally stained, along with DigitalStainTM. DigitalStainTM being the process of digitally printing 4CP wood grain and brand art directly on the wood. This allows each crate to have an identical look, where as traditional wood grain can vary from each piece. With that said, crates can be manufactured with traditional boards and staining with simple brand art digitally or screened printed directly on the wood. Accents of metal/hardware can be affixed to the crates as well to enforce the rustic feel. Wooden crates can be used as single stand-alone pieces or can be stacked in some cases to create a floor display being more attention to the brand.
