All art should be:

 

• At least 300 dpi

 

• Scaled to the correct print media size

 

• Layered files

 

• Preferably Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop files (see individual software specs. below)

 

 

 

If art is printed to the edge please include at least .25 inches of bleed.

 

If art has PMS colors needed for the file, that information needs to be included.

 

If art contains linked images/files they need to be included or remove all external links to other objects. Make sure that these objects are embedded in the file(s) that you are sending.

 

 

Adobe Photoshop Specifications:

 

• Save files down to be compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS6 or less

 

• Any font/text layers used in the file need to be rasterized UNLESS you can provide windows-compatible font files

 

 

Adobe Illustrator Specifications:

 

• Save files down to be compatible with Adobe Illustrator CS6 or less

 

• Any fonts used in the file that are vector should be converted to outlines UNLESS you can provide windows-compatible font files

 

 

If your file format is not Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Adobe Photoshop (.psd), please export a copy of the file as a PDF or EPS for best results.
